MR. SAMIR BASKHAROUN
- Mr. Baskharoun has successfully completed and earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree (BEng) from Assiut University, Egypt in 1981
- Upon his graduation, Mr. Baskharoun’s ambitions started to incentivize him towards taking significant milestones in his Engineering career
- One year after his graduation, in 1982, Mr. Baskhaorun became appointed as the Territory Manager at EAC Tunnelling & Utilities in Cairo; a project which was successfully completed over a duration of three years
- Yet, this was still insufficient to satisfy his career aspirations
CHAIRMAN S.N.B CONTRACTING: 1986-2003
- Mr. Baskharoun eventually seized an opportunity to start his own business in the heart of Cairo in 1986 as an independent business owner, and titled it S.N.B. Contracting
- The independent business lasted for a duration of 16 years, and was involved in multiple successful projects, which included, and was not limited to the following:
- Excavation of EL GOUNA lagoons
- Earth moving
- Sewage & water pipes installation for new cities’ development
- Drilling tourist villages in Sharm El Sheikh, Taba, & Hurghada
- Selling & Renting heavy construction equipment
- Fulfillment of part of the Toshka project water canals

- In 2003, Mr. Baskharoun resumed his inspiring business career, and initiated his own independent business trademark and incorporation in the Canadian Province of Ontario, and titled it Samtrac Inc. Export & Import Heavy Equipment, which has been running for the past 19 years until the present day
- SAMTRAC INC. is known for its good name and well-respected reputation in the business league, and has established multiple diversified networks with clients all over the world, including and not limited to: Dubai, Gulf Area, Asia, Africa, Egypt, & Saudi Arabia
SAMTRAC INC. EGYPT
- Additionally, Samtrac Inc. has successfully provided quality consumer satisfaction to all clients through importing heavy construction equipment to the Middle East market and founding a sister branch in Cairo, Egypt in El Salam City for selling used equipment
- Moreover, not only does Samtrac Inc. import heavy equipment, but it also imports all new and used Marine Equipment (Barges, Split Hopper Barges, Dredgers & Tugboats), and Cranes ( Harbour Cranes, Tracked Cranes, Conventional Truck Cranes & All Terrain Cranes) from North America and Europe and sells them to the Middle East market
